Resumen

In regular basic education environments, one of the challenges of Computer and Computing courses or similar is to motivate students, who perceive programming as a difficult task. Arduino board is recognized as a tool to improve programming skills and to facilitate teamwork. In this paper, Computational Thinking is evaluated through concepts, practices and computational perspectives of the activities carried out with the Arduino board by the 5th-grade students of secondary education of the "José Obrero" Parochial Technical Educational Institution in the district of San Mateo from the province of Huarochirí of Lima region.
