N2 - The general objective of the study was to determine the differences that exist in management skills in a COVID-19 health emergency context according to the perception of teachers in educational institutions of UGEL 01, Red 14 de Lima Sur-Peru. The research approach was quantitative, non-experimental design, comparative descriptive level; the sample consisted of 127 teachers from the educational institutions in which the research was conducted; the instrument used was a google form, structured by 20 items, on the Likert scale; which allowed gathering information on the perception of teachers. Through the pairwise evaluation of managerial skills, it is shown that all corroborate differences except for the pair of personal and group skills, where their prevalence levels are similar. It is concluded that there are significant differences in managerial skills in the context of a health emergency COVID-19.
